R Family Dental is currently welcoming new patients! We have a brief form here we'd like you to fill out so that we can be well prepared to meet you and coordinate your dental care. We will get back to you in a timely manner and schedule an appointment over the phone.

PARKING Information

You may park across the street at 1135 Westgate in The Emerson/Target parking structure. This lot accepts Credit or Debit only for payment. The Parking Garage at 1101 Holley Ct
Oak Park, IL 60301 is also used by some of our patients who prefer to use cash.

We are now fee for service. We bill your dental insurance for you. You will pay at the date of service and get reimbursed by mail from your dental insurance. You are welcome to reach out to us through our new patient appointment form or give our office a call/text if you have any questions! (708) 383-9099 If we do not happen to take your insurance, you may pay cash for services or our team will be sure to assist you in finding a dental home that is right for you.

Payment is expected at the time services are rendered, unless other arrangements have been made. Whether you have a dental insurance plan or you prefer to pay out of pocket, there are also financing options for any kind of care plan that Dr. Gene or Dr. David develops with you. Below we have provided links for securing financing if needed.
